What is your refund policy?Updated a year ago

At Postertok, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. In any scenario, we will always go above and beyond to ensure that our customers are happy with their experience!

Cancellation Policy

You may make changes or completely cancel your order for a full refund before it is put into production. Since we ship all of our orders the next day, you will typically only have about 12 hours or less to request a change or cancellation.

Return/Refund Policy

In an effort to prioritize sustainability and reduce waste, we do not pre-print or store any inventory; every piece is custom-made to order!

Since we don't store inventory, we are unable to accept returns. We also cannot provide refunds.

In the case that the contents of your order were damaged prior to delivery, we will issue replacements for all damaged products, free of charge! All we ask is that photo proof of the damage is provided to our support team. Once it is, we'll produce and send a replacement right away.
